After having worked with quality long-time providers of Insurance CE for the past several years, Brett, in 2007, formed an LLC, The CE Depot, to provide his own version of quality CE seminars and self-study Insurance CE courses and exams for producers in selected states. His experience in instructing and authoring CE courses uniquely equips Brett with the "hands on" experience that will benefit producers using his CE services.

Previous to this, Brett founded his own marketing company. Along with his vast insight, experience, and expertise derived from his involvement at all levels of operation in the financial services industry over 25 years, he is uniquely equipped and qualified to bring these assets to the table for a wider range of businesses and industries that need organizational development, marketing, training, recruiting, people management, leadership and results.

Prior to his creating The WHO Company, Brett is in the unique position of having been with only two insurance companies over the past 24 years. He has held positions from agent to executive, both in the field and home office. Throughout his career, Brett has consistently increased individual productivity as well as overall horizontal and vertical growth.

Brett Decker has established a highly successful career in the life insurance, investment, and financial service industry.
