we will give you the option to exchange, return, and/or refund your courses
based on the following exchange and refund policies. We are confident that you

Exchange Policy Regardless of the type of course you purchase from "The CE
Depot" your payment is completely portable: at your request we will transfer
your payment from any course type to any course type. Please call us at (770)

946-4873 or use our Contact form to request and process an exchange.
Refund Policy...only

Seminars: If you pre-pay for a classroom/seminar course and cancel within
10 business days prior to the seminar day for any
reason, we will at your option:
Carry the entire amount paid as a credit to be used against any future
transaction with The CE Depot. Refund 75% of your seminar payment if you
contact us more than 10 business days before the class date. If you cancel 10
business days or less before the class date, or don’t show, we will refund
25%
of your payment. Any cancellation resulting in a refund less than $10.00 must be
carried as a credit or exchanged and is not available for refund payment.
Partial refunds will be assessed a $5.00 administrative fee. Rescheduling Policy:
We will reschedule you for a $10 charge if you are unable to attend a seminar that
you have pre-registered for.
Online Self Study: Courses that have been completed and credit is
awarded will not be refunded. Courses that have not been completed will be
refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase if for any reason the student
is not satisfied.
Paper-Based Self Study: Courses that have been completed and credit is
awarded will not be refunded. If for any reason a student is not satisfied with
a paper-based course, The CE Depot will refund their payment if the refund
request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase and the student returns
the course in reusable condition at their own expense.
Golf CE: Attendance at CE Courses/Seminars that have been completed and credit is awarded will
not be refunded. GolfCE fees cannot be refunded within 14
days from the date of the event.
No refunds/exchanges for any golf related charges paid. Reserved slots can be
transferred to someone else not attending the same GolfCE event for a $20 fee.
Extreme CE: Online Courses that have been completed and credit is awarded
will not be refunded. Seminar/Courses that have not been completed will be refunded
within 10 days from the date of purchase if for any reason the student is not
satisfied per the seminar refund policy.

It is crucial to us that your personal privacy remains protected. At no time
will TheCEDepot.com, in any way, disclose personal information we receive from
you to anyone else. Information submitted to TheCEDepot.com will be used for
order processing, identification, and other internal purposes only.
The nature of continuing education requires that TheCEDepot.com disclose
and/or make available for audit certain information about our students to state
agencies and designated continuing education administrators. This is necessary
to report your successful completion of continuing education courses so that you
will receive credit towards license renewal. Other than as described above or
ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction we will not divulge any of your
personal information to any outside party.
Each time you order from TheCEDepot.com you will be asked to re-enter your
credit card information. While this may be a slight inconvenience to you, it is
another protection that we afford our customers.
